Where our work begins

About Us

From one silenced issue to a movement for change.

The Unmute Foundation was born from a simple belief: the hardest struggles are often the ones no one talks about. Too many people suffer in silence — quietly skipping meals, going without support, held back by shame. We exist to unmute those issues and turn them into action.

Established in 2026, we design, launch, and power structured social impact initiatives that meet people where they are. Our flagship programme, the African Campus Food Bank Initiatives (ACFBI), is ensuring no student in Nigeria goes hungry while pursuing their education — and it is only the beginning.

We are committed to building a portfolio of initiatives that are transparent, community-led, and measured by the dignity and outcomes they deliver.

Dignity

Everyone we serve deserves support without shame or stigma. Our work is private, respectful, and people-centred.

Impact

We measure success by lives changed — not just funds raised. Real outcomes drive every decision we make.

Transparency

We publish our impact data openly. Supporters can see exactly where every contribution goes.

Community

We are volunteers, partners, and advocates working together. This is a movement, not just a foundation.
